12 Months Please issue a member card at an € 90 yearly subscription fee to the name and address listed below. With the card I will receive a welcome package (including GOLF FEE CARD-Guide with over 2,400 Golf Clubs and approx. 2,200 hotels and golf resorts).
36 Months Please issue a member card valid for 36 Months (saves me € 91.—) at a discounted rate of € 179. In addition to the savings of € 91, this selection also includes either
  1 original St. Andrews Hip Flask or
1 golf surprise as a welcome gift.

The fee for a 12 months valid partner card is € 48.— p.a. and for a 36 months valid partner card € 101.— (saves me € 43.—). The period of validity depends on the main card’s validity.
